In June 2022 Forest Manor went out to bid for roads and walks. The entire subdivision has been milled and resurfaced as well as all bad sidewalks replaced. See photos below for work done.

The Mike DeVivio Memorial Path has been given new freshly laid asphalt and trimmed out in stone for the pedestrians who utilize it. It adds a nice feature to the already nice parks we currently have and will offer strollers, wagons, bikes and pedestrians alike a smoother alternative to stone. See pictures below.

In May 2022 we had to run new water and sewer to the building as we have been working the past year without any water or restroom facilities. The project which went out to bid  April 2022 has now come to completion. As soon as the inside work is completed we will have restroom and breakroom facilities. Please see photos below for a look at the project as it was being completed.

After the transition to our new building, we needed to build new offices. The project was in the planning stage in 2021 and went to bid in March of 2022. Work began in May 2022. The various contractors worked diligently to complete the project by mid September. Below are some photos of the project in various stages.

in 2022 we formed an IGA with the City of Lockport to pave Farrell Rd and redo the bad sidewalks. Lockport was the lead and handled the bid process and specs. we financed areas the belong to us and Lockport financed theirs. The work was completed in the summer of 2022. The 2021 season brought some much needed repairs to the Lockport Heights Subdivision. This was the last joint project left over from the HG/HTHD split and was completed in September of 2021. In addition to the road replacement the new Highway Commissioner also added the replacement of more sidewalks and driveway aprons to the scope of work. Driveway aprons are part of the right of way and if they are in deteriorated condition, should be replaced when the road is done.

The first project of the new administration was to replace deteriorating sidewalks, driveways and parking areas at the senior housing facility. All areas were milled or removed and new put in. this was completed in July of 2021. Below are some photos of the project.
