A prevailing wage form is being provided here for your convenience. A certified prevailing wage report must be submitted when the project is complete before payment is issued.
Any contractor doing business of any kind with the HTRD must have a W-9 form on file. We have supplied a blank below for your convenience.
No addendums will be issued within 24 hrs of a bid opening. If an addendum is needed at that time, the bid opening will be extended to allow for bidders to receive it.
This site must be monitored for addendums to bids. Failure to acknowledge an addendum to a bid will result in bid being disqualified.
